ASSISTING THE MACHINE TAKEOVER

Interested in all things machine. I am well versed in websites, hosting and troubleshooting for web issues however have turned my skills toward Machine Learning and Cloud Engineering.

I started my personal development journey in High School. My first interest was website development. I started with the Go Daddy website builder and slowly moved up to becoming proficient in WordPress and basic sites with HTML/CSS. Over a few years I built, managed and maintained websites for 9 unique clients. At the same time I became knowledgeable in hosting, analytics, marketing, web design, support, simple graphic design and customer service. Soon I found a job for a security camera company which only furthered my skills. I became proficient in troubleshooting routers, networks, port forwarding/translation issues and computer hardware building and repair. Soon after I got a job for an ATM company, working on parts and tech support. I soon moved position to be a support tech for the network where I split my time setting up workstations, servers, switches, routers, VOIP systems, and fixed a host of tech issues. Now in my personal time I am learning Python, Java and C# and focusing efforts on being proficient in the implementation of Machine Learning algorithms and Neural Networks. I also am sharpening my skills in the cloud networking area with focus on Amazon Web Services.

My goal is to be impactful. When in front of a screen I realize the power of a few keystrokes. The internet has enabled creators to sprout and become influences upon millions of others. We are swept up in the tidal wave of the digital revolution with the need to constantly pivot to survive in today’s market. With a hunger to constantly learn, I hope I can fit into today tech world.

Wordpress proficient. Familiar with FTP, cPanel, Plesk and MySQL. Well-versed in HTML/CSS with basic understanding of Javascript. Proficient in design and creation.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

Great with customers and other team members. Skilled in quickly finding solutions to problems and keeping a positive conversation with “hard to deal with” customers. Great listener even with customers who have unusual or thick accents that would normally cause issues.

TCP/IP & WAN.

Strong understanding of networks. Knowledgeable in how to setup and manage networks from home systems to large business’s. Skilled in VPN and VPS setup and management.
